Fuqua's Remodel Authority

Great experience with Fuqua’s Remodel Authority (FRA)! I live in a 50 year old condo building. The only thing that wasn’t 50 years old was the toilet I replaced 4 years ago. I contracted FRA for a total bathroom renovation. New tiling, new plumbing, new vanity, new fixtures, a new walk-in shower to replace the old bathtub, and new tile in the laundry room. Ryan, the owner, was very easy to get in touch with during the entire remodel. The contractors worked fast and kept my condo clean while the bathroom remodel was in progress. FRA supplies everything. We hired Fuqua’s Remodel Authority (Ryan and team) to perform a full kitchen remodel, refinish Harwood floors, cover old textured ceiling, and new recessed lighting throughout and additional kitchen lighting. We had an excellent experience throughout the process, and are still loving the final result. Ryan was incredibly responsive, consistently answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns promptly. Anyone who's ever had to hire a contractor knows that one of the greatest challenges is finding a company with integrity and follow-through. When I began searching for the company to remodel my bathroom, I sadly encountered several that didn't have one or both. I lucked up upon discovering Fuqua's Remodel Authority. This is a family owned business with heart. Mr. Fuqua came out to my residence to discuss various options with me; he provided photos and videos (as I am a design novice) and I immediately felt assured. This was the attitude from beginning to end of the project.
